For candidate information uploaded by recruiters, TalentBinocs Tech generally acts as a service provider or data processor on behalf of the recruiting organisation submitting the data.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. AI-Assisted Processing

TalentBinocs Tech may use automated systems and third-party AI providers to process resumes and generate summaries, classifications, recommendations, or fit-related signals.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for particular hiring decisions. Users remain solely responsible for independently reviewing candidate information and making employment decisions.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers to support platform functionality. Data may be processed by these providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

• Supabase — authentication, database, and backend infrastructure
• Cloudflare R2 — file storage for uploaded resumes and candidate documents
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Google Gemini (Google AI) — AI-powered resume text processing for anonymization and candidate fit scoring; resume text is transmitted to Google's servers for processing
• Groq — AI inference fallback for resume summarization and candidate scoring; resume text is transmitted to Groq's servers for processing
• Google Fonts — website font delivery

Uploaded resume files are stored in cloud storage. Users should avoid uploading highly sensitive personal, financial, medical, or government identification information unless necessary for recruitment purposes.

6. Data Retention

• Active recruiter accounts are retained while accounts remain active.
• Candidate records may be retained for operational and compliance purposes.
• Server and security logs may be retained temporarily.

Certain information may be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or enforcement of our agreements.

7. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

However, no system or method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
